October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month and since Bake Sweet Love is a supporter of cooking for a cure we decided to do so for a birthday party/fundraiser. This was absolutely amazing. "37 Shades of Pink" was the theme and I had the pleasure of catering the desserts. We of course went with 3 different shades of pink frosting. There was a lemon with raspberry buttercream, mocha with a vanilla bean buttercream and a chocolate with strawberry buttercream. This was not only a birthday party but a fundraiser for the Native American Cancer Research Foundation. I'm proud to also say that Bake Sweet Love donated a portion of the proceeds toward the foundation. Baking for a great cause is always a win win.  |
