It's officially Spring and while we're still waiting on consistent beautiful weather, we are celebrating all of the beauty of what Spring has to offer!!! There are changes to our menu from the Fall/Winter but don't worry! I'm sure you'll love what the Spring/Summer Menu has to offer. Last month we celebrated St. Patrick's Day and in my quest to be the ultimate hostess, I threw a little shindig. In the spirit of the holiday I decided to make Mint Chocolate Chip Babycakes. Since I used to be a Girl Scout and my wonderful Niece Cadence is one as well, I thought I'd put a twist on the traditional babycake on our menu. These are a dark chocolate babycakes with chocolate chips topped with a mint butter cream frosting. I decided to place crumbles of Thin Mint cookies and top it off with the cookie itself. They were definitely a hit!! Enjoy!
